Containerized Energy Storage Systems (ESS)

As grid-scale energy storage rapidly expands, we provide turnkey fabrication of custom ESS containers based on standard 10ft, 20ft, and 40ft ISO footprints, or completely custom dimensions. We use heavy-duty corten steel or marine-grade carbon steel for maximum outdoor longevity. The containers undergo thorough structural reinforcement to safely bear the extreme floor loading of high-density lithium-ion battery racks.

Our fabrication process accounts for all necessary thermal management cutouts. We prepare the structures for industrial HVAC units, pressure relief vents, cable entry glands, and fire suppression systems. Internal walls are outfitted with unistrut channels and heavy-duty mounting rails for seamless rack integration. After welding, the entire container is shot-blasted and treated with a C5-M marine-grade anti-corrosion coating system, ensuring a 20+ year lifespan in harsh coastal or desert environments.

IP65 Outdoor Battery & Telecom Cabinets

For distributed energy, solar micro-grids, and 5G telecom infrastructure, we manufacture NEMA 3R / 4X and IP55 / IP65 rated outdoor cabinets. Using precision fiber lasers and CNC press brakes, we fold and form galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel into seamless, weather-tight enclosures. Double-wall designs with integrated thermal insulation are available to protect sensitive electronics from extreme solar heat gain and freezing temperatures.

Sealing integrity is our top priority. We utilize continuous poured-in-place PU foam gaskets and multi-point locking mechanisms to guarantee IP-rated protection against dust and high-pressure water jets. Every cabinet is designed with anti-vandalism features, hidden hinges, and specialized baffling systems that allow necessary airflow for cooling fans while preventing water ingress.

Industrial Vacuum Chambers

Beyond standard enclosures, our facility excels in fabricating high-end industrial vacuum chambers used in battery degassing, material testing, and semiconductor processing. Fabricated primarily from 304 or 316L stainless steel, these chambers require absolute material purity and flawless welding to achieve high or ultra-high vacuum (UHV) states. We employ specialized TIG welding techniques, often performed in clean environments, to eliminate any micro-porosity.

After fabrication, the vacuum chambers are subjected to rigorous helium leak testing. Internal surfaces are mechanically polished to a Ra 0.4µm finish or electropolished to minimize outgassing. We machine precision O-ring grooves and ISO-KF / CF flange connections using our large-format CNC gantry mills, ensuring perfect mating surfaces for your instrumentation and pumping systems.
