Our steel sourcing services provide direct access to China's leading steel mills including Baosteel, Ansteel, Shougang, and Wuyang. We supply structural steel plates conforming to EN10025 (S235, S275, S355, S460), ASTM A36/A572, and GB/T 1591 (Q235, Q345, Q390, Q460) standards. Thickness ranges from 6mm to 150mm with widths up to 3000mm and lengths to 12000mm. All plates are supplied with original mill test certificates (MTC 3.1) including chemical composition, mechanical properties, and impact test results.
For offshore and marine applications, we source offshore-grade steels with enhanced toughness properties and Z-direction testing. High-strength steels (S690, S960, Q690) are available for weight-critical structures. Weathering steels (Corten A/B) and abrasion-resistant plates (Hardox, AR400/500) are stocked for specialized applications. Third-party material testing and verification can be arranged through SGS, TÜV, or Lloyd's Register for critical projects requiring independent certification.
Just-in-Time Steel Delivery and Inventory Management

Our just-in-time delivery service synchronizes steel deliveries with your production schedule, reducing inventory costs while ensuring material availability. Our logistics network covers major ports and industrial zones throughout China with reliable trucking and rail transport. We coordinate with freight forwarders for international shipments, handling export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping arrangements. Steel plates can be delivered cut-to-size, shot blasted, primed, or with edge preparation as required. Packaging is customized for sea freight, container shipping, or domestic truck delivery to prevent damage during transit.
Material Testing and Quality Assurance
Every steel shipment includes original mill test certificates (MTC 3.1) with full traceability to heat numbers and production batches. Certificates document chemical composition by ladle analysis, tensile properties, yield strength, elongation, and Charpy V-notch impact values at specified temperatures. For critical applications, we arrange additional testing including ultrasonic inspection for internal defects, surface crack detection, and dimensional verification.
Our quality control team inspects incoming steel at mill facilities before shipment, verifying dimensions, surface quality, and marking compliance. We reject materials with excessive surface defects, dimensional deviations, or documentation discrepancies. For customers requiring enhanced quality assurance, we provide third-party inspection services through internationally recognized agencies. Material samples can be retained for future reference or additional testing if needed.
Value-Added Steel Processing Services
Beyond raw material supply, we offer value-added processing to reduce your manufacturing steps. Steel plates can be laser cut, plasma cut, or flame cut to your specifications with edge beveling for welding preparation. Shot blasting removes mill scale and provides clean surfaces for coating or welding. Primer coating application protects steel during storage and fabrication. Drilling, countersinking, and tapping services are available for bolt hole preparation.
